Join our 3-month online course starting in July 2023 and experience the benefits of live sessions, personalized reports, and coursework, all conducted in English. Explore the ancient practices of Pranayama, Sushma Vyayama, Chita meditation, and Surya Namaskaram to connect your mind, body, and spirit in a holistic way. Start your journey toward inner peace and well-being today! For whom is this course ideal? This course is ideal for those who are interested in practicing yoga to improve their energy level and mental health. (No age limit for adults) What will you learn in this course? We will start with pranayama (breath) and introduce new asanas and surya namaskar (sun salutation). We will also practice sushma vyayama, which is a gentle warm-up practice in yoga. More details of the course are listed below: 1. Coursework (Philosophy of Yoga, Nadi & Chakras, Ayurveda) 2. Personalized Reports (Daily tracker, Self-evaluation) 3. Live Sessions (16 sessions, 1 hour each), the details are listed below: (a) Sushma Vyayama (Gentle yogic Warm-Up) (b) Surya Namaskaram (Each round consist of 12 Asanas) (c) Energizing & Cooling Pranayama (Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Brahmari, etc) (d) Asanas (Refer to the gallery section to know the list of asanas) (e) Chit Shakti Meditation You will have access to 16 live online practice sessions (12 intermediate-level classes on Thursday & 4 classes from beginner level on Wednesday), you will be introduced to pranayama, Sushma vyayama, surya namaskar, asanas, and meditation. Additionally, you will receive pre-recorded videos for pranayama. If you are interested, we will send you a personal report summarizing your progress over the course of 3 months. Why is this course essential for you t? We will focus on pranayama to improve your breathing pattern and all the joints in your body. This will contribute to improving the prana (life force) in your body and improving your bodily movements by making your joints stronger. By the end of the course, you will build enough stamina to practice a minimum of 6 Surya namaskar gracefully and with ease. Each Surya namaskaram comprises 12 asanas repeated twice. NOTE: Please check the course schedule. If there are any changes to the class time or schedule, we will communicate it to you a week in advance and reschedule.
